University of Stirling looking for research participants

Dr Richard Ward, senior lecturer in Dementia Studies at the University of Stirling, is leading a research project which is looking at the experience of local neighbourhoods for people with dementia and their carers.

They are looking to recruit people to the study which is part of a larger programme on neighbourhoods and dementia. Details of the study can be found here.

The study hopes to recruit 15 couples (not necessarily husband/wife, it could be people living with a son or daughter); 5 people with dementia who live alone; and 5 carers of a person with dementia who is living in a care home.

If you would like to find out more about the research and how to get involved please contact Richard directly at: richard.ward1@stir.ac.uk or 01786 466324

Have a good day,

From the DCV Team x
