It was a great pleasure to have a stand at the Alzheimer’s Scotland conference on Friday 6th of June to mark the end of Dementia Awareness Week 2014.
This day saw the launch of our joint leaflet with them collaborating on the “You can make a difference ” campaign and how to learn more about becoming a Dementia Friend.
If you would like to make a pledge please send it to firstname.lastname@example.org

The team chatted to a lot of new and familiar faces, great to see everyone there to support each other. We managed to get a few pledges on the day:
I pledge to be a Dementia Friend in my local community.
I pledge to continue to advocate for people with dementia their families and cares through the education and development of health care staff – Alasdair Hamilton
Big thanks to those who made a pledge, signed up to receive more info on becoming a Dementia Friend and visited the Dementia Carer Voices stand.
Here as a few snaps took on the day.
